Lego Group was founded in 1932 by Ole Kirk Kristiansen. The company produces Crative building set and LEGO games. Most of their products consist of interlocking brick which is a popular product around the world with over 12 billion pieces sold. Lego currently has 12 manufacturing sites that they own worldwide and they also maintain several hundred exclusive suppliers to create new and original Lego sets on demand.

Through in-depth qualitative interviews with thirty experts such as chief creative people, management consultants, marketers and strategic analysts from around the world, the study looked at how different companies are restructuring themselves to be more talent-driven either internally or externally through acquisitions or partnerships to reach performance breakthroughs.
