V-Guard Industries is a company that manufactures and distributes power products in India. They have been in the industry for more than two decades now. The company has its headquarters in Mumbai, India and is a public limited company.

The V-Guard Group of Industries was established by Mr. Vishnu Ganesh Shetty, who had an idea of manufacturing and supplying power products to the Indian market. The company was incorporated on 11th November 1988 as a private limited company under the name V-Guard Industries Limited with an authorized share capital of Rs. 5 lakhs and paid up capital of Rs. 2 lakhs only.

The group has since then grown to include manufacturing facilities for cables & wiring accessories, IT peripherals, UPS systems, inverters and solar modules with over 20% market share in India as well as overseas markets including Africa, Middle East and South East Asia
