About Tottenham Hotspur Brand
Tottenham Hotspur Football Club was founded in 1882, making it the club having been in existence for the longest time amongst other football clubs.
We lost our way then, under different management and with a brand new stadium. We slumped and struggled as any established club would do. Even when we were losing games it wasn’t from a lack of effort, but from not having enough players at our disposal. We did pretty well in the FA Cup not being relegated but then again we only managed to reach 2 league finals towards the end of my dad’s spell as manager - David Pleat
The club grew thus with surreal success, yet lurched back more than once to stop us showing the consistency that characterised our great teams - Gudni Bergsson
