Pepsi is an American soft drink and food beverage manufactured by PepsiCo. It's a carbonated, non-alcoholic beverage that contains high fructose corn syrup and is sweetened with sugar.
Pepsi was first introduced in 1898 as Brad's Drink, a flavor carbonated drink made by Caleb Bradham. The name was changed to Pepsi in 1902, when Caleb's son Dayamount "Day" Bradham (18651840) repurchased the name. The original slogan was "d hara bimba cola", which means "good times Coca-Cola".
