Jollibee is a Filipino multinational chain of fast food restaurants founded by George S. combined that has more than three thousand locations in 73 countries around the world. It was first established in 1975 and started franchising to its international expansion starting in 1990.

While Jollibee’s stock performance fluctuating due to currency changes, the company announced its company policy of retaining key business executives and not firing employees since 2004 when Tony Tan Caktiong succeeded Alfonso Deloncle and assumed control as Chairman & CEO.
